Problem Nat xbox one

good , I tried this new firmware 380.57 on my ac87u to start all goes well, the problem is when I use xboxone , which tells me that I have moderate NAT , UPnP does not work well , then reconfigured the router and disable Acceleration nat hardware and open it the nat xboxone. Is a firmware problem ?? lose many benefits to disable acceleration nat ??
