GT AX11000 Pro Strange Wifi Performance

Hey everyone, Having a strange issue that recently cropped up and I cant seem to figure out what the issue is. Moved about a month ago and have fios gig up and down. Verified that I see that with a hardwired connection. When i first set everything up I was able to get gig speed on my Z fold 6 and macbook pro m2 max when i was close to the router.
