Am I gonna have to sell my RT-BE92U

So I decided to get 5 gigs with Frontier Internet hey $80 for 5 gigs for 12 months why not... I have Cat 6 ethernet cable from ONT to RT-BE92U router, Frontier representative has confirmed that my speed has been provision to 5 gigs down and 5 gigs up. He also claims that if I wanted constant 5 gigs through my single story home I need to use their router BS right???

My current testing device to test speed is my OnePlus 13 which supports WiFi 7 supports 320 Mhz, near router I got 3064 down...
