IPv6 DHCP and router advertisements

Couple of things I've noticed while trying to diagnose connectivity issues:

• RA server doesn't set the managed flag, so clients do not get leases from the DHCP server
• DHCPv6 settings page has a place for name servers but neither the DHCPv6 or RA servers hand these out

Hopefully next release will hand out the DHCP servers as specified, and I'd request options of "Disabled", "Enabled", and "Managed" for RA server. Thanks for the work on this project!
