Does QOS affect services running on the router

I'm running nzbget (via entware) on my AC87U.

I was wondering if it's going to be properly throttled by QOS (as a file transfer)? Because when I open the "Adaptive QOS" page the bandwidth monitor only shows traffic from my devices, not from the router.
