Eastern Time Zone wrong DST end date

For the time zone setting, if I choose EST (GMT-5) is shows daylight time ending the second Sunday of October instead of the first Sunday of November. For those you of in that and other time zones in the U.S. and Canada, you might want to manually correct the end time.

The interesting thing is that the change from the second Sunday of October to the first Sunday of November has been in effect since 2005!
