USB Hard Drive not mounting

I have a RT-AC68U, just updated to the latest Firmware 380.57, with a reset to default.

Can’t get any USB hard drive to mount. I have two drives one NTFS WD My Book 4TB and one ext4 WD My Book 4TB , I was using the ext4 without issue. The NTFS was for another use.

I have swapped cables, used USB3 and USB2, No mounting.

I can mount the NTFS on my windows machine with no problems.
