Can someone who has the AC87U and uses a VPN please try this for me.
Go to the adaptive QOS and enable apps analyzer
download something using the VPN
and see if your download is showing as an "UPLOAD" or "DOWNLOAD" in the Meters
mine reads as an upload instead of download as it should be.
I want to know if this is a problem with my router because its new and I can return it.
this issue causes problems with the QOS because it sees download traffic from VPN as upload and Local ISP as download....
