How to enable Windows PXE boot?

Hello SNB, first time poster!

Setup:

Host (my PC) - Own IP
VM running Windows Server 2012 with SCCM PXE. It's own IP (static).
VM running Windows 10 (trying to PXE)
ASUS RT-AC66U running 378.55

All VM's can ping and reach each other.

What I'm trying to do:

PXE boot Windows 10 using SCCM

What I've tried:


Enabled SSH and entered this command via SSH

dhcp-boot=\\sccm\SMS_AAM\OSD\boot\x64\boot.AAM00003,192.168.1.2 - it failed
